David created Schaffer Law PLLC to provide a level of expertise and personal service that the larger factory firms simply don't offer.

Prior to starting the firm, David worked for several of New York City's top real estate law firms. He first began his legal career in construction litigation, representing and counseling contractors and construction companies in various disputes. He later used his construction experience to help draft and negotiate real estate & construction contracts on behalf of cooperatives and condominiums throughout New York City.
David also has extensive experience in real estate transactions, having represented hundreds of buyers and sellers over the course of many years. David uses his broad real estate background to provide invaluable guidance and effective representation to his clients.
